There are several ways to contact me - Twitter, Facebook, blog comments and email.

I LOVE receiving your emails, messages and comments. I am truly privileged that you feel comfortable enough to share your lives with me - a stranger on the internet. Thank you so much.

But please understand that while I endeavour to respond to all of them, it is often not possible for me to reply immediately. And sometimes I might overlook your message because life gets busy.

I work in a full time day job and do blogging, social media and freelance work on the side, plus the domestic stuff and planning a wedding. And as many of you know that I can get pretty sore. I am SUPER busy.

If you have something to say about a certain blog post, do leave a comment on the blog post - you can do it anonymously if you want!

I almost always schedule blog posts for 7.00 am Australian EST and have been scheduling Facebook posts throughout the day - so I am not actually present online all the time.

I am not a doctor or mental health professional, I write about my own experiences. I am unable to provide diagnosis or treatment advice. If you are after some advice on Ichthyosis or appearance diversity including some awesome support groups you can be a part of, visit my resources page. If you need urgent help, please contact a crisis line.

If you are seeking advice for your organisation, I may negotiate a consultancy fee.
