Great that you were able to connect on this issue and bring us some take homes too. Should I ever become big enough to be trolled I now know how to handle it. So happy you were able to put it to practical use. I have only read a handful of her posts but she is truly gifted as a writer and just as gifted as a speaker. I've been lucky enough to not have to deal with trolling on this scale but I hope I can find the compassion to face them should they come my way. So pleased you got to meet her - I was too scared to introduce myself!!!! It gave me a good giggle too to hear her outline the various ways she 'used' to handle it before coming to the realisation that these people were in pain and her shift to a compassionate approach to handling them. It's true too that we don't let people come into our homes and poop on our floor and as our blogs are an extension of our homes we should apply that same principle and DELETE any poop! I'm aware of your reddit experience Carly and it was dreadful. You however handled it beautifully and with all class. Lovely to meet you! Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
